These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bee9 ("bee9", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://bee9.io. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bee9 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

To access the full range of services on the bee9 platform, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all bee9 accounts:

• Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on bee9. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address or phone number.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bee9 Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• bee9 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing your first withdrawal. This process may involve submitting a copy of a valid government-issued identity document and proof of address.

bee9 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point during a player's use of the platform, including prior to processing any withdrawal regardless of amount. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

bee9 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount on bee9 is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum limits may apply and are disclosed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your bee9 account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• Withdrawals to mobile financial service accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are processed within one (1) hour during standard operating hours, subject to identity verification being complete.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned and the account suspended.
• bee9 does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the payment method selected and will be disclosed prior to confirmation of the withdrawal request.
• bee9 reserves the right to request additional verification for large or unusual transactions as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

All transactions on the bee9 platform are processed in BDT. If your payment method settles in a different currency, exchange rate costs will be borne by the player. bee9 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees charged by third-party payment providers.

The following general rules apply to all sports bets, casino wagers, and other gaming activity placed on the bee9 platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within each betting market or game lobby and supplement these general rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bee9 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• bee9 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or withhold winnings in the event of suspected match-fixing, corruption, or any other circumstances that compromise the integrity of an event.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live betting session or casino game, bee9's records of the bet or game session will be used to determine the outcome. These records are final and binding.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per sport or game type. These limits are published in the relevant sports or casino section and may be updated from time to time.
• Winnings resulting from bets placed using bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms before they may be withdrawn.
• bee9 reserves the right to limit the size of bets placed by any individual player at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such a limitation.

bee9 offers promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's specific terms:

• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only, on their first qualifying deposit. Subsequent deposits are not eligible for the welcome offer.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they, or any winnings generated from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses expire if not claimed within the period specified in the promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe after the bonus is credited to the account.
• bee9 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion will not be disadvantaged by mid-promotion changes unless fraud or abuse is detected.
• Players who are found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or the exploitation of pricing errors — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed.
• Bonus credits cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly, or used to participate in certain excluded game types. Excluded games are listed in the individual promotion terms.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bee9 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on bee9, whether under the same identity or a different one.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access markets, or otherwise interact with the bee9 platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, interfere with, or circumvent any part of the bee9 platform's technology infrastructure or security systems.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or at any other point of interaction with bee9.
• Using the bee9 platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that may be connected to criminal activity.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format.
• Placing bets on events whose outcome you have insider knowledge of, or where you have any direct or indirect ability to influence the outcome.
• Systematically exploiting pricing errors, technical faults, or software bugs to generate artificial or unearned winnings.

All content on the bee9 platform — including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software code, database structure, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of bee9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bee9 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the bee9 platform; use any bee9 branding or trademarks in connection with any third-party product or service; scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the bee9 platform for any purpose.

Any breach of bee9's intellectual property rights may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bee9 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, irrespective of how those losses occur.
• Interruption to the platform caused by technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond bee9's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Inaccuracies in odds, game results, or statistical data displayed on the platform, subject to bee9 correcting any material errors within a reasonable time.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, or Mastercard) that affect the timing or completion of deposit or withdrawal transactions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bee9's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. bee9's aggregate liability to any player in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during the same period.

bee9 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at bee9.io/privacy-policy. By using the bee9 platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In the event of a dispute between you and bee9 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, bee9 operates a formal complaints process.
